What is a Semi-Custom build?

At Eastern and Seaway Boats we pride ourselves on our “semi-custom” builds.

We start with classic, proven hull and deck designs then we listen. We have tremendous flexibility in configuring the layout to best fit each owners needs.

Some things can’t be changed; bulkheads, fuel tank location, length or beam on a particular hull. That aside, we very rarely have to say “no”. Through a builders eye we see modular parts crafted to become a unique seating arraignment, a galley designed for the chef in the family, a V-berth for the 6’7” Capt to rest comfortably. Semi-custom accounts for how you plan on using your boat. The Pacific North West your home? Lets talk heat source. On the Great Lakes? We’ll make sure your new vessel is equipped with grey water holding tanks. Based in Florida? We’ll install solar panels for your adventures in the Bahamas.
